If I could give this company a zero I would. They blew up & out microscopic rust and potentially hazardous metals & particles into the entire home’i live in via the home’s air ducts. It’s been a hazardous disaster. The technician who came out left a huge industrial vacuum running & disappeared. I saw him in the front of the house near his van talking to another gentlemen while the vacuum was running downstairs. He left all the air vents wide open while the vacuum was running even though I asked him earlier why he wasn’t using filters. He had no filters on him. He also came in street clothes & when I asked him for a business card for identification, he had none. Lowe’s has still after 25 days not dealt with the problem or suggested to me how they will clean the home & compensate me for my losses. They did not apologize or even send over a supervisor or manager to inspect the huge mess & mistake even after I made several requests on the phone the day the disaster happened. My request on Nov 8 was ignored & the manager via text to me had the audacity to say, “the cleaning was done correctly…..” even after I sent him photos of the mess.
