The customer service at Skip's Tire is awesome. The way they do business, the way they approach their customers, and the way they are up front before moving forward about the repairs and costs is top notch. There is no pressure. Sometimes places try to get their customers to do this or that, but Skip's Tire is straight to the point. They will give other options, and point out what might need to be done in the future, but there is no pressure.

I was going to a different shop in Gilroy, where I live, but it wasn't working out well. I decided to go to Skip's Tire as it is close to my son's school. I went to the Evergreen location, off of Capitol Expressway, and met Ken. He set me up with tires. From that point on I met everybody, and it has been excellent.

We now have a relationship with them, and they are so good. I appreciate them so much that I have even brought down donuts. My wife also loves and appreciates their service. Everything about them is fantastic.

If you are looking for somewhere to go and are not in a big rush, go down there and sit and talk with them. Make your decision after that. Customer service is very important to them. I have no problems commuting from Gilroy just to use their service. We have been blessed to have them.
