They are an outstanding company! They had great customer service with their project manager and sales rep! I had been thinking about getting a pool years before contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I heard about Anthony and Sylvan because my brother had a pool installed by them. Also, in doing my research, I remembered him having it done. So, we talked about the service. I also didn't want to go with a "here today and gone tomorrow" company. Reputation is huge with an investment when it comes to a pool. I have a freeform heated pool with a spa, two waterfalls, and lights. My favorite thing about my pool is its availability. I can fire up the hot tub when I'm ready or jump in the pool. I don't have to go to a spa anymore. I would like to recognize Eric Brock and Susanne for their exceptional service. They exceeded my expectations with their architectural design, customer service, being on the job site, availability, and response times. They did not $@!#% off, nor did I have to hound them to get a response. They responded quickly to any issue I had.
