We were very pleased with our experience working with Wachusett AV on our conference room upgrade project. Rick's expertise was very impressive, he was able to provide us with all of the information we needed and was very patient while we made our decision.
The overall project was completed in a timely manner and Rick did not leave until we had a complete understanding of how to operate all of the new equipment.
