Bay Area Moving & Storage provided excellent service. I initially made phone calls to other companies, but they were the quickest to get back to me. They spent 45 minutes over the phone answering all my questions about costs, insurance, storage, and moving. I really like that they were able to give me a quote on the phone instead of having to show up in person. I stored everything from my apartment with them for two months. Everything came out in good condition and the boxes showed no signs of damage.
When it came time for the move, they were on time and very prompt. They even brought an addition person to assist and didn't charge me extra, which made it cost saving. They were very careful with my things and took great care to wrap them. They had a person dedicated to wrapping things, and I would have had to do that otherwise. I was very pleasantly surprised by how carefully they wrapped my electrical equipment. Nothing was broken or misplaced.
Juan, the manager, was just fantastic. They're lucky to have him. Everyone was professional and friendly. The move with them went great.
