When I moved to San Francisco last year, I had searched on Craigslist to find a couple of movers to unload my 16' truck and carry all of my stuff up to my apartment on a Sunday afternoon. Those guys (NOT Bay Area Moving & Storage) cancelled at the last minute. So there I was, with my truck full of stuff and no one to help me.

Another search on Craigslist while pouting on my new front porch led me to Jerry. He answered the phone right away, told me he'd send two guys over in about 15 minutes, didn't jack up the price because it was so frantic last minute, and I waited.

Not even 15 minutes later, these big dudes on a mission show up at my house and move everything out of the truck and into my house without incident. They did the unloading quickly, didn't mess around, didn't whine about the massive staircase and saved my behind.

I'll definitely be calling Bay Area Moving & Storage for my next move for sure.
