Kelly at Ironwood Custom Builders was very conscious of the bottom line. We told him that this was our limit and it was very hard to stay within that. For the most part, they were really good about cleaning up after themselves when they left. I've heard of horror stories with contractors but it was a really good experience!

Kelly was very organized. He actually had a book in which he documented everything. He was on site at least once, sometimes twice a day. Ironwood Custom Builders remodeled our kitchen, and had to redo the plumbing throughout the house. They changed our patio door which was adjoining the kitchen, and did tile, cabinet, and granite work along with some painting.

I interviewed five construction companies and we went with Kelly just because he was so organized. We knew how much it would cost and when it was going to be done. When he scheduled someone to be here, he was there at this time.
