From the very beginning our experience with Ironwood Custom Builders was a good one. We went through a preliminary cost estimate where we found that the cost exceeded our budget. Kelly Anderson worked with us to lower the expected cost to near our budgeted amount. Then we selected materials by meeting with selected vendors to input final costs into a final budget. Again we worked with Kelly to develop a final cost estimate which was used to develop a contract. Construction was fun and we made a few changes which mildly impacted the final cost. But was within our budget. I have to say that throughout the building experience, Kelly was a true professional. When mistakes were made (and that will always happen), the work was immediately fixed. I found that Kelly was true to his word and was without doubt, someone I could trust. He was one of the most honest men I have had the pleasure of working with.
