Kelly Anderson is trustworthy and honest. He communicates straight and accurate information, even the portions we do not want to hear. Kelly does not over commit on schedule. Once timelines are provided, they will be fairly accurate. Considerable time is spent upfront to develop a detailed scope and plan before any cost proposal is provided or any work commences. As a result, surprises have been minimal, and costs have been fixed aside from when we request a scope change.

Ironwood’s subcontractors are well vetted and well managed. Kelly or his project manager is frequently on-site, communicates extensively with us, and is very responsive. Most importantly, when things inevitably go wrong with the subs, Kelly has consistently taken action to make things right and always without any hassle.

Bottom line, Ironwood is much easier to work with than other contractors and is run like a business should be run. We have always been thrilled with the result.
