Seen their advertisement on Social Media, which mentioned to leave a message and someone would get back to you shortly. We did leave a message with no response.

We called back and left another message to the sales department along commenting on SM. We finally received a phone call back from Kelly and let him know of our remodeling project. This was in early October of 2019, he said the earliest he could get to us to give us a bid would be in January of 2020. We were a little bit surprised but felt they had good reviews. He showed up when he said he would and we explained what we would like to do in our remodel. When he was done he said that he wouldn't be able to do it but would recommend a friend of his. We wondered why..was it not big enough, thought it would cost to much and we couldn't afford it etc. May we mention when we talked to him in October he said the earliest they could begin would be June of 2020. Our question is why are they advertising, in home shows etc., if they can't show up for 4 months for a bid and 9 months later to begin. Our question to all these reviews are they from real customer or from their friends.

Mr. Pratt,
Thank you for taking the time to do a review. You mentioned that you contacted us in early October via social media and that we didn't respond. However, your first Facebook comment was on November 20th. We spoke the next day and then set a time to meet.
One of the roles that a good builder plays is both consultant and adviser. When I met with your wife she described an extensive, full kitchen remodel. She then went on to tell me that the two of you were considering moving within the next few years. As a consultant and adviser, I offered my opinion that a project of that magnitude would likely not be a wise investment if you plan to possibly move in a few years. I went on to explain that it would be a good idea to get the advice of a realtor as to whether that kind of investment would make sense or if you should just leave the kitchen as-is. Your wife and I then discussed smaller, less expensive options such as just painting your existing cabinets. I agreed that was probably a better option. I then offered to give the her the contact information of a contractor who would be a better fit for a project of that nature.

I'm disappointed that you perceived my consultation with your wife to be a bad experience. I take my job as an adviser very serious and do not approach every meeting as a deal that must be "closed". I do my best to provide sound advice so the people we meet with can make good decisions.

Nevertheless, we wish you the best of luck in whatever you choose to do.
