Ironwood Custom Builders has done three big remodel projects for us and we are extremely pleased. Kelly Anderson is a no-surprises, honest, and always high integrity general contractor. Project planning is meticulous to the point that every detail is documented in the contract, with clear pricing, and a reliable project plan. On-site project managers are very involved, visible, knowledgeable, and capably manage subcontractors. Communication is continual and always clear. Alternatives and issues are clearly presented, we’ve experienced no cutting corners, and overall timelines are met. As with any construction project, there are always unforeseen issues, problems, and challenges. Our experience is that these are consistently dealt with in a straight forward manner. Issues are addressed, solutions identified, and always with a ‘get it right’ mentality. At the end of each of our 3 projects, we have been completed satisfied, with a great quality result, and feel good about the process. It’s just a pleasant experience compared to any other contractor that we have worked with.
