When we were looking for a contractor, we first went to all of our friends that had recently built/remodeled. Unfortunately, that didn't help us much. We basically heard the same thing over and over. "We used XYZ company, but I wouldn't recommend them." It was scary how many people had a bad experience with their contractor.

We met Kelly and were introduced to Ironwood at the Home Show. Right away his level of organization was impressive to us. We went through the process of getting a bid and were amazed at how on top of everything he was. We received a detailed list of everything we needed to pick out and were introduced to companies that helped us through every step of the process. Towards the end of the process, Kelly arranged a day for all of his subs to visit our home. He told us it would take no longer than an hour. We were shocked when we arrived at our home the day of the visit to find all of the subs (15 minutes early) waiting in front of our home ready to start. After seeing the level of organization in his process and how much control he had over his subs, we were sold.

We were not let down. Our house came in on time and on budget.
Ironwood completed a major remodel (basically scraped everything but the basement, and rebuilt the main floor) in 7 months. And that was through the winter.

We had friends that were renting the house across the street from mine who started their project 4 months before us. They couldn't believe each morning when they'd look at the window to see teams of subs working on our home. They'd drive to their construction site and no one would be working.

We love our home. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are amazing. The level of the professionalism of the experience made it very stress free.

I can't tell you how enthusiastically my wife and I would recommend Ironwood. Without hesitation I would say that you should trust them with your project.
