He took the time to explain his plan of action and set proper expectations for the outcome. He also provided suggestions for aftercare to prolong the life of my carpet.

Brandon performed the job with the utmost care. He was neat, clean, and did not leave marks on my walls and baseboards from the equipment. This was a huge concern because of previous experiences with other carpet cleaning companies. When the job was complete, I was truly amazed and blow away!
