I'm so grateful I found Phoenix Carpet Repair! My son accidentally shut the door to his room not knowing my dog was under his bed sleeping and went downstairs. By the time my daughter heard him yelping 15 minutes later, he had managed to tear the carpet and pad up under the door all the way down to the cement in a two foot area by scratching to get out!
