We called and spoke to a friendly voice. We answered some detailed questions about or needs and received an good estimate (was actually exact to charges). On our appointment day, the technician arrived on time and was VERY thorough and friendly. All carpet repairs and the final carpet cleaning produced excellent results! I have some serious OCD, and their version of clean is my version of clean and they exceeded my expectations. I would use them again and would recommend without hesitation!
