I had tassles on the ends of my rugs that I was looking to get removed. I called them and sent pictures with measurements. Thay gave me a price quote, picked up the rugs, serged the tassles off and delivered back. Very professional and very easy to work with. You can't even tell thay ever had tassles-the job was that good.
