I began the process of remodeling our kitchen by searching the internet for someone to help us with the design. One name came up repeatedly and the reviews were always outstanding. That's how we came to work with Cynthia Pedigo of the Kitchen Store. Cynthia is the true professional. She is a licensed master kitchen designer and really knows everything; from overall design to the smallest detail of utilizing space. Our remodeling goal was to increase our counter space and our storage area. Cynthia helped us achieve both with a design that was practical and beautiful. We get raves about the way it looks. The cabinets were chosen from the enormous selection that they have in the store; so much it is hard to decide, but Cynthia counseled us every step of the way which made the decision easier. Cynthia kept in constant contact regarding the status of our order and coordinated everything with our contractor (also an amazing find that turned out perfect) for the installation. Cynthia made countless trips to our home to make sure everything was ok, and, when some things needed to be corrected or changed, she really shined. It was no problem getting several things replaced or corrected, all in a short time and always to our satisfaction. When our hardware turned up with some defects, Cynthia and her manager went to bat for us with the manufacturer (Top Knobs) and got everything straightened out, again to our total satisfaction. We are more than delighted with the finished kitchen and recommend Cynthia Pedigo and the Kitchen store without reservation. If you are thinking of doing a kitchen remodel you would be crazy not to visit the Kitchen Store and see Cynthia (just make sure you make an appointment ahead of time; like all talented people, she is very busy!).
