Our obvious expectation and assumption was that the designer would guide us through the entire process, and make us aware of all options we did not know we're available. If fact, that never happened and we ended up making some decisions, based on incomplete information, which compromised the final design and finished product. Overall the project turned out ok, but we are not entirely satisfied with the result. Not likely we would use kitchen store services again or recommend them.
