ServiceMaster of Victoria cleaned after we moved to this new townhouse and there was all sorts of dry wall dust and that kind of thing. This fellow, his name was Jimmy, he came and vacuumed with a special vac so there was no dust blowing into the area. He actually took soap and water and washed all the pipes and the wires and he did a really top notch job.
They are thorough and conscientious. He came and cleaned for I think 3 hours and the total cost including taxes was very reasonable I thought.
