ServiceMaster of Victoria was recommended to me by my sister-in-law, so I knew they'd be a bit more expensive, but not as much as others. I booked them and had to cancel and they were very nice about it. Brenda helped me through the process and was very nice. They had to take my rugs away and clean them, as well as with the upholstery and linoleum. I didn't go for the wood flooring because it was too expensive and not necessary. When they were here I added a few more upholstery things. The guy who came by to clean was a delight. He did an incredible job--very, very thorough. What a lovely guy. I have a lot of old furniture, antique chairs and needlepoint things. He was just great. I was just so happy with ServiceMaster. I would absolutely use them again. They emailed me and confirmed the appointment. They were very professional and cared about their work and cared about their customer.
