If I could give ServiceMaster six stars, I would. We have had some work done here on a very obstinate stain in the carpet and the contractors couldn't remove it. They brought in ServiceMaster, who sent a specialist up to look at it. They came back twice and they had the whole place cleaned; all the carpets done. You can't tell where the stain was at all. If it was just a regular cleaning, the stain would have still been there. No one could work out what the stain was and no one could get it up, but ServiceMaster managed to do it. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. The cleaners were professional and everyone had paper boots on. We were so impressed with the specialist who initially came out that we insisted he supervise the cleaning of the carpets, and they didn't even run us a phenomenal extra charge. They are really just a super high quality cleaning company. We do our carpets like this once a year, and we used them last year as well. They had an increase in their prices over the past year, but because we are a repeat customer they extended our prices from last year as a one-off. I didn't ask them for that, they just offered, so I found that to be very good business. Even with the increase, they have very competitive prices for the Victoria area. I have recommended them a few times and it has always been positive.
