ServiceMaster came in, picked up my hand-knotted carpets, and cleaned them and Scotch Guarded them. I also had one small carpet the cat was using as a litter box and they managed to clean it all just fine. Considering that these are very high-end hand-knotted carpets, I think they did an excellent job because if you make a mistake the whole carpet would be ruined. They were recommended to me by the carpet company where I buy the majority of my hand-knotted carpets. They have excellent customer service and they do a very good job.
