We had a water leak above the ceiling in the attic. We found it in the evening and immediately shut off the water and called Accurate Plumbing. The serviceman showed up and confirmed what we already knew and said the only thing he could do was shut off the water because he was not a hardware store that carried supplies. You would think he would have basic supplies for common items. He said all he could do was shut off the water, which we had already done. ($200 wasted.

The technician returned the following day and repaired the leak in about 15 minutes. Charged an additional $593. Ridiculous and completely out of line
