2 1/2 weeks ago we ended up without water. We weren't sure what was going on and were hoping it was an easy fix. It was a Sunday and I decided to call Paramount Plumbing to try to get on the schedule asap! I was extremely happy that my phone call actually got answered!!! The wonderful woman I spoke with said she thought she could fit us in at noon the next day. I was thrilled! At 10am I received a call that they could come earlier if that was ok. Absolutely! The guys came and figured out quickly that we needed a new pump. Not only did they have the part, the pump was fixed accurately and quickly. They were done by noon. The guys that came out were wonderful! They were friendly and professional. Thank you, Paramount Plumbing for coming to our rescue and getting us back to good so quickly!
