I have been using Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning for years now, and a few months ago they came out to replace one of the toilets in my home. I love their services, and their workers are extremely professional and customer service-oriented. I remember in the beginning I was having some challenges with a sump pump freezing in the backyard every winter. There could be six inches of snow, and the tech would show up with no hint of hesitation. It had been going on for years, and eventually, the owner came out and talked to me about other solutions. They got it taken care of, and ever since then, I won't call anyone else when it comes to my plumbing.
