This was not my first time using Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning. I have been using them for quite some time now. I have stayed with them because everything is good from start to finish. When I call with a problem they are able to come out right away. Their staff is friendly and they are always able to schedule the appointments quickly. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I called recently because I was having problems with the hot water heater. They came out right away. The technician arrived on time and got to work right away. He was able to find the problem then he took the time to explain what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. He also took the time to answer my questions. He was professional, proficient and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was respectful of my home and cordial. I will continue to use and to recommend Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning!
