Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning has given me excellent service for many years. Most recently, they came out to replace a sump pump and everything turned out just fine. I cannot recall the technicians who came out this particular time. However, for all of the times that I have used them all of the technicians have been very professional, friendly, and most helpful. There have never been any issues with them at all. The company provides excellent customer service too. I have never done comparative shopping since I am very satisfied with using Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning. I have never felt that I was being gouged by the charges. Even if the company charges a little higher than other companies might it would be fine with me since they give you superior service. The other thing that really keeps me coming back is that they are a good-sized organization but not overly huge. They make you feel like you are still getting that "small company" customer service. They are highly responsive and they know who I am personally--not just another customer. I definitely will be using them again and have no problem recommending them to others.
