This isn't the first time using Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning. Recently, they've made several trips for different projects, such as a failed extraction pump, a hot water heater issue, and a kitchen faucet issue. I chose them because I'd rather have a local company rather than a larger franchise. I continue to use their services because I like to keep it in the neighborhood. Plus they're prompt, and they know their stuff. They don't assume; they hear you out before doing something. I've worked a lot with Tom. And he has a quick response time even on weekends and evenings. Plus he's been known to pull over to the side of the road while in the car with his family. He is professional and laid back. Unless you have worked with him, you would think he's not willing to engage. But he is willing. He's a good guy who's also friendly. He's also absolutely respectful in my home more so than any other service group we've had. He's knowledgeable. His whole team is all top-notched techs, like master plumbers. Tom is very personable. Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning is very supportive of the military community. They have insignias on their vehicles. I would recommend Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning to my family and friends. In fact, I already have.
