I keep coming back to Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning mainly due to the knowledgeability of their staff. I just had them out to my home for our seasonal heating, ventilating, and air conditioning maintenance call. Everything turned out just fine, although the technician did bring something more serious to my attention. I will be contacting them soon to address that issue. Generally, I like their reliability and friendliness. They listen, which is really important to me. By no means am I an expert when it comes to this type of work and I have been in situations in the past when technicians have patronized me. Other companies had assured me that there had been a particular issue with something, only to have someone else come out and tell me differently. Not Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning! They take the time to explain everything thoroughly to me with excellent communication every time. I highly recommend using them.
