I have used Paramount Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning for a couple of years as various needs arise. I hired them last to take care of a problem with a water filtration system. The job turned out okay in the end, but I had to do a few things after they did their work.

My biggest issue is that some of their technicians don't have a good attitude. Some can be great, but many are not customer friendly. The company itself is expensive and they just don't seem to hone in on customer satisfaction. They also don't always deliver the message properly, which causes miscommunication. They could be more flexible.
