Insight's home inspector, Shane O'Meara, arrived at our house right on time and did an incredibly thorough job. He was polite, professional, and very thorough in his work.

Although our house is small and very basic, Shane spent at least three hours carefully checking each system and appliance (electrical, gas, water) for proper operation, leaks, corrosion, and code compliance.

Shane did a thorough job under the house examining the foundation walls and floor beam supports, and the condition of the overall structure, which most of us rarely see. He also carefully inspected every window and door, the attic crawlspace, and the roof and he checked the condition of each rafter, soffit, and vent.

Within a day Shane delivered a 40-page report filled with photos and comments giving us an excellent idea of existing and developing problems that we can use to prepare the property for sale this summer.
