We rented a 15-passenger van for a trip to Florida and back and all went smoothly. From booking the van online to receiving follow-ups via email and phone calls, there was never a doubt that our rental was confirmed and would be there as described when the time comes. Sure enough, when we arrived at the place on the day of, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were thorough and overall pleasant to work with. We had no issues whatsoever from start to finish. We will definitely rent from them again if I ever need another 12- to 15-passenger van.
