It wasn't a big name chain and in the cut off of a major highway being US-22 so for that I wasn't sure how the service would be since I had also never heard of them prior to this last minute rental I desperately needed. To my surprise it was a good experience and they even communicated to me upfront that the car I was renting had some damage and even went as far as to give me a pretty decent discount. I would surely rent from them again.
