Very Poor Customer service.

Hi Everyone,

Value van was a company I have always used due to a good experience the first couple of times using this company. I have recommended this company to family, and friends who have been using this company. However yesterday's bad experience changed my view of this company tremendously, and left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

Normally I reserve a car online with this company, and they will usually email a confirmation ticket. Yesterday I recieved and email from an agent from this company stating "To travel to GA there is a 5 Day minimum". Is where the first problem came in I used this company a couple of times before and I have never been required to a 5 day minimum. Which made me respond to the email letting the agent know.

Where my I ran into my 2nd problem. When I reached back out to the agent I never received a response back. Shortly after not receiving a response back I decided to reach out via phone to escalate my issue. So i requested a manager to see my previous rentals with this company, and they were actually able to confirm I have traveled to the same location before without a 5 day minimum.

Shortly after I handled that situation. I was disgusted to find out they had no more cars in inventory for the weekend that I have requested. When in the email that was not what they reached back out to me for. I had an emergency in GA, and wasn't able to make it due to this company. The worst part is, the manager apologized and just told me "Next since u order from this company ina pass just reach out by phone". When this was a huge inconvenience for me, I was not treated fairly by this company. I also feel the costumer service was horrible considering the issue was about a 5 day minimum, only to later find out there was no more cars for the weekend. There was not compensation for this inconvenience, no recommendations, or anything to help me with my problem.

The worst part is luckily I have called due to not receiving a response back via email. I would have showed up to the place with such disappointment. I feel they have never had a problem like this before, and was not prepared to satisfy a customer who issue escalated from answering a simple question in there email to not being able to rent a car due to their lack of inventory.

Below I have attached screenshots of the conversation via email. It clearly shows inventory was not a problem. If it was I feel it should have been clearly stated in the email. Instead of asking me a simple question.
