If I could leave no stars I would

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a repair through them. I really am not one to ever leave a bad review but I think that everyone should stay clear of this place. I had a little damage done to the front of my 2005 Porsche Cayenne and was sent here from Bill Pearce Motors. Being that Bill Pearce is a Porsche Dealer I wouldn't expect the events that occurred to have even taken place. I always enjoy excellent service but I honestly don't even mind average service, this was beyond poor service. If I had the option, not even a dollar of my money would have gone to pay for this because I was told that the repair would take about four days or they would be calling me to let me know otherwise. After 5 days past I never received a phone call for an update of my car. On Friday morning I called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I knew that they would be closing friday evening for the weekend and I had plans and expected my vehicle to be finished so I called again and was told that my vehicle might be ready by monday. Frustrated I changed my plans for the weekend waited for a phone call Monday when yet, again nobody called me to update me. Tuesday I called and left voicemails and after several days I was finally in touch with someone who told me that my car would be ready in about two days and that they had fired the person who was not returning any of my calls. So my estimated 4 days turned into 2 weeks without a vehicle to get me to and from work and I was compensated 100$ toward my hefty total which goes right back into their pockets. After receiving my car I felt a sense of relief until a week later my boyfriend noticed my invisible bra was not put back on my car, I then again frustrated called the collision center and was told that it could not be put back on for about 2 months after the paint dried completely and that I would have to make an appointment then and return. I cannot believe I was never even told anything about this as I received my car back. I knew my insurance had paid them for it so i assumed it was on because what do I know about cars, its INVISIBLE. I would have definitely not noticed that and never returned, in my opinion it made me feel like they were trying to steel from me. So here we are two months later and surprisingly receive a voicemail that it is time to make the appointment to put the invisible bra on. They give me the number to call for trim line the place that my insurance has ALREADY paid to set up an appointment and they tell me they are going to have to call me right back after they call the collision center because they don't have any information about my car and that putting an invisible shield on my type of car is very difficult. DO YOU THINK I RECEIVED A CALL BACK, absolutely not. Wow I am furthering my complaint at this point with Porsche, I hope nobody else has to have this kind of an experience especially when they are paying for a service.

We appreciate the fact that you left a review. We are always looking for ways to improve our business and customer input is very important to us. We take it very serious! In this case, we failed in communicating with you at the time of repairs. Had we communicated promptly and efficiently with you, we could of eliminated these concerns. We apologize for not meeting your expectations. We will use this as a learning experience, move forward and insure that something like this does not happen again.
Sincerely, Bill Pearce Collision Center
