After my car was rear-ended I took it to Bill Pearce Collision Center to get the bumper changed. What stood out the most to me was their excellent communication. Michael Goodman told me everything they would be doing on the car. At one point they discovered that they would be needing a part that was not visible when I took it in. They let me know that the special part would have to be ordered. I appreciated the good communication, I knew what was going on at all times. They did a great job with the car and the customer service was awesome.
