This was the first time I was in need of a collision center, so I really had no comparison when I went into Bill Pearce Collision Center for the estimate. Everyone I dealt with was efficient and explained what was happening. They gave me 2 days when I could bring the car in, and let me know out of those days which would be best. They made sure that I would have a rental if I needed it, I didn't but I thought that was very nice and professional to offer.

On the day I brought my car in, they did let me know that I could take the shuttle home, so it wasn't necessary for my ride to make a trip out to get me, which I thought was good.

I was told the repairs would take 2 days. Paul called me to let me know they needed to keep it another day for paint and that he'd call me as soon as it was ready. It was ready on the day he said it would be and he called me to let me know I could come pick it up.

It was beautiful. It was not a huge repair, but they did such a great job on the paint. It's a 2003 and I've had it for awhile, but it looked brand new. I couldn't even tell where the repair was.

Heather and Kim, in the office, are so nice and explained about not taking it to a car wash for 6 weeks. I wouldn't have known without them.

Everyone there did such an excellent job, and the condition my car was returned in was amazing. The people couldn't have been kinder, or friendlier while I was there. They really care about making sure you have transportation when you need it and put their customers first. I hope I don't have to go back there, but if I ever need a collision repair that's where you'll find me!
