Last winter I had an emergency situation come up when I came home and there was no heat. Schneider One Hour was there that night and had me straightened out so that I had heat for the night. This year they've come for a general inspection, which I have done every year in the fall before it starts for the winter. They're always Johnny-on-the-spot for that. The people who come are always very nice, polite and accommodating.
