we are very happy with the service and the tech that came to help when our ac quit a couple of days ago. we were told what the problem was and what could have caused it. the tech, she explained and answered any questions we had. she was very knowledgeable. was a good experience. our only non-positive is that we thought the service fee of $159 was slightly high.
