When we first tried to get a bid from Schneiders some 10 years ago, the person that came out never got back to us with a proposal and seemed totally disinterested. We were very disappointed with the company.

However, a few years ago, we tried them again, because we were not satisfied with the service some of the other people were providing. (yes, I am very picky). And I am very glad we did, as the service seems to really have stepped it up. They are responsive, they show up on time, the techs don't talk down to me - and will answer questions. There is a young woman there who is outstanding.
