False advertising, they do not honor their warranty
I called them because the warranty was from them. They still charged for service even though warranty was for 10 year ALL parts and labor. The only thing the service tech was interested in, was selling me a "tune up" contract for $200. 6 times she tried pushing it on me. Horrible experience.
