Poor experience

Can't give a copy of the invoice nor a receipt when service is done, but expect to be paid immediately upon completion.

Hi Dave, we are paperless so a paper receipt can only be given once the office receives the work done then they can mail one to you, no problem. We do however email everyone their receipts at time of service, all that is needed is your email and the tech is always happy to send you a receipt at time of service. Also, as all other businesses do, payment is required at time of service. If you have any other questions about the billing please call us at 724-283-8525
