Both Tom and Dan did a great job. Tom was doing our Samsung wall mounted air conditioner. It was the first time I saw a much deeper cleaning. He took movable parts down and was able to really clean it out. I would highly recommend the both of them for the wall mount air conditioners since they are sensitive and not many people know how to work on them due to rarity of product that is growing ,
