I received prompt service when I called to have my furnace repaired. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved by the tech who came out, and I had to call back that night when the furnace stopped working. The second tech was able to find the issue and promptly got service restored. Both techs were courteous and neat. I just wish that the first tech who was there for an hour and a half had found the issue the second tech found within minutes of his arrival. Thankfully, I was not charged for the second service call since the furnace issue hasn't been corrected the first time.
