They replaced a part that was under warranty from the mfg? Was told by the tech he would help me recover the cost of the part ? This took place the end of November 2015. The part was most of the cost of the service cost? Contacted the mfg and was told if the tech went back to the supplier I would b reimbursed for the part and service? Passed this info to Schnieder. Contacted Schneider several times and talked to several people. The last was a Tech supervisor by the name of Todd? He was at my place assisting the tech? I constantly have asked for help revolving this matter with no response as of this date?
