I used xtreme clean based on the good reviews I saw online and because of their cheap prices. I don't regret it at all. I needed service pretty quickly, and they were able to fit me in that Friday. There turned out to be an issue with the scheduling and Shawn ( who I believe is the owner) worked with me to get my carpets done that weekend. The house was a rental that we moved out of so I asked if i needed to be there if I left the door unlocked for him. He said that would be fine. Unfortunately, the door accidentally got locked and when Shawn called I asked if he could wait for me to bring the key and unlock it. He watied patiently and was so nice about it. I never felt like he was pressuring me to spend a ton of money. The carpets turned out beautifully and all of the pet urine odor was gone! I would highly recommend Xtreme clean to everyone!!!
