This was our second time using Xtreme Clean. We had some pretty serious stains that didn't get pulled out of the carpet so I'm not too happy about it, but it's okay. My wife and I are now considering replacing the carpet with hardwood floor, since the stains seem pretty stubborn. When you go into the agreement, make sure you definitely know what you need done versus what they can do for you.
