Sean seemed to be very knowledgeable about the industry, about every facet of it - the equipment, and what it takes to get carpet and upholstery clean so the customer doesn't have to come back right away. He was also thorough and didn't rush through the service. This was my first time using them and I found the customer service to be excellent.
