After being "stood up" by Stanley Steemer, I called Xtreme Cleaning at 1:30 in the afternoon explaining that I had "set up" my home in preparation for the carpet cleaner whose time envelope had expired without so much as a phone call and asked for a quote, and if by a long-shot chance, they could make it that afternoon as I had the house all prepared for them. Well, after receiving a fair cost quote Ashley, the receptionist, checked to see if she could get a crew over that afternoon, Sure enough, she said she would have someone over by 3 PM. The technician, Maurice, showed up at 2:30 in a very
professional looking truck with some impressive machinery and tools inside. He proceeded to do a great job of cleaning our carpets and displayed a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor throughout. He returned all furniture pieces as he found them and cleaned up after himself very efficiently. I will recommend this company to my friends, neighbors, and family members and will add them to our list of preferred service providers.
