I was skeptical about having a service come to my home and clean my carpets. After looking at several companies in the local area, I found Extreme Clean. Their customer service is very professional and courteous. When the team arrived at my home, they explained everything that was going to be done, and why. I had not realized there were so many variables in which I had not considered, with respect to carpet cleaning. My carpet was the victim of a rescue dog (puppy), and one of our dogs, who started having accidents in the house after the puppy arrived. While we were looking for a home, it was necessary to allow the dog to run loose, as she would get upset and depressed if she was left in a cage. Over the course of 5 months, my brand new carpet was no more. Shawn (owner) of Extreme Clean personally arrived at my home to ensure the stains would be removed. Any of his crew could do the same, but Shawn wanted to go above and beyond on this run. The carpet has never looked and/or smelled cleaner. The Extreme Clean crew is courteous, professional, and manage their time very well. I am very satisfied with them and will always call upon them when the time arises.
